CRANBRAN CRISPY CRACKERS

The ingredients to these lovely pink crackers are so delicious that they seldom make it as far as my dehydrator. Because the oat bran adds its own special sweetening to the tangy cranapple juice this recipe does not need as much honey as you might think.

Soak one hour before spreading on teflon sheet to dry. Score (if desired) when either very wet, or half way dry. Break apart when very dry and crispy.
