Cream together: 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/4 cup honey (or sweeten to taste)
Add: 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 cup chopped dates.
Drop by spoonful onto teflon sheet and dry until firm but soft.
Spread onto a fruit leather and roll up (as jelly roll is done). Chill and slice into rounds 1/4-inch thick. Dry until tackiness is gone.
