HONEY FRUIT COOKIES

Chop dried fruit, cover with brandy. Cover and let stand until liquid has been absorbed.

Cream butter and honey, add the egg and milk and mix well. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add to honey/butter mixture. Stir well. Add fruit and nuts.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until done.

NOTE: If desired, substitute apple juice or water for brandy.
