PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY ROLLS

Kids love this treat. It makes a great lunch or after-school snack!

Soften peanut butter slightly by warming it in the dehydrator. Add to the peanut butter enough powdered milk and ground sunflower seeds to form a semi-stiff dough. The amount will vary depending on the brand of peanut butter. Spread on fruit leather. Roll like a jelly roll and chill well. Using a very sharp knife slice into rounds. Keep chilled.
