EASY VEGETABLE SALTS

ONION SALT: 2 parts salt / 1 part powdered dried onion

GARLIC SALT: 3 parts salt / 1 part powdered dried garlic

CELERY SALT: 1 part salt / 1 part powdered dried celery

Mix together powdered vegetable and salt and re-grind for another second or two, to blend ingredients. Store in air-tight containers.
